Message to Students

What can your students look forward to this year?
Students can look forward to improving their reading and writing skills and having classroom discussions about history and how it relates to us today.

What is unique or interesting about your class?
I love to incorporate sports into my classroom and I love learning more about what the students are interested in.

What is something different or cool from what they may have learned/experienced last year? 
I have taught 9th, 11th, and 12th graders in the past. I am looking to give my 7th and 8th grade students a real sense of what they might expect in the coming years.

Message to Parents

Hi! My name is Ms. M. Gallagher. I have been teaching in the Catholic school system for almost ten years. From the beginning of my career, I knew I was called to teach in a faith based community. I do not take the responsibility that teaching comes with lightly. I have loved every moment of teaching, and that is because of the students I have had the pleasure of teaching over the years. This profession has been a beautiful gift in my life and I am very grateful for the opportunity to continue my experience as a Catholic school teacher at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School, West Campus. I know God has led me to this new chapter in my life and I can't wait to see what this school year brings as I get to know my students more and more.
