Registration Process

Steps to Enroll for the 2025-2026 School Year 

 1. Schedule a registration appointment by calling our Main Office at 631-538-0505. 

 2. Bring the following documents to your registration appointment:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
3. Last Report Card
4. Immunization Records 
5. IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
6. $250 Registration Fee (goes toward the first month's tuition)
